1. How long has the company been in business?
Natural Health Network was established in 2004.
2. Can the products be picked up from your office?
No, products are stored in a 3rd party fulfillment house and shipped out of this fulfillment center.
3. How do I return a product? Do I need an authorization code?
To ensure proper crediting of your account in an expedited manner, a return authorization code is required for all returned merchandise. It's easy to get one. Just call our Customer Care department at 1-800-218-6106 and you will receive it right away. Include your return authorization number with the merchandise you are returning.

Returns without a valid return authorization are subject to a $10.00 processing fee.
4. What is your Refund Policy?
Refunds are provided on all used or unused bottles returned within 30 days of receipt. Call or email for a Return Authorization # before returning to ensure proper crediting to your account. A $10.00 processing fee will be applied to all returns sent without a RA#. Call Customer Service toll free at 1-800-218-6106 (Mon-Fri: 9:00am – 5:00pm PST). Again, you must return your used and/or unused bottle to receive your credit. Please note shipping charges are not refundable.
5. How much does shipping and processing cost?
The standard charge for shipping and processing on most products varies from $7.99-9.95. However, some packages have special offers with FREE shipping. Call for details.
7. Do I pay taxes on the products I buy?
There are no taxes on any vitamins or nutritional supplements. However, customers who live in California will have to pay applicable sales tax.
8. Does Natural Health Network Products ship to Canada?
Yes, Natural Health Network ships to Canada. Payments must be made in US funds. Canadian customers are subject to GST and PST.
9. How do I pay?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. If you wish to pay by check please call our toll free number at 1-888-249-1906 (Mon-Fri: 9:00am – 5:00pm). We currently do not accept electronic checks online.
